Who we serve

Built for teams that hand out cards all day long

A hotel front desk, a gym turnstile and a restaurant till put very different demands on a piece of plastic. Here is what we print for each, and what usually goes wrong when a card program is set up in a hurry.

01 · Hospitality

Hotels, resorts & boutique stays

The key card is the single most-touched branded object in a hotel, and most properties reorder it in a panic when the front desk runs out. We keep your print files and encoding spec on file so a reorder is one email — a hundred cards or fifty thousand.

  • Room key cards for magnetic stripe and RFID lock systems
  • Pool, gym, spa and club-lounge access cards
  • Branded gift cards sold at the front desk
  • Concierge and staff name badges

What usually goes wrong: cards are ordered to the brand guidelines, but the stripe is encoded for the wrong PMS track format. We test on a reader before the run.

02 · Fitness

Gyms, studios & fitness clubs

Fitness cards get abused: they live in a gym bag, get scanned twice a day, and are handed to a different person every month. The card needs to survive that, and the check-in process needs to be faster than the member’s patience.

  • Barcode and QR membership cards for scanner check-in
  • RFID cards and keytags for turnstiles and lockers
  • Multi-club and multi-tier card variants
  • Guest passes and personal-training session cards

What usually goes wrong: gloss laminate over a barcode creates a hot spot the scanner cannot read. Matte finish fixes it for cents per card.

03 · Food & beverage

Restaurants, cafés & bars

Loyalty lives or dies on friction. A punch card the server can stamp in two seconds beats an app the customer never opens. We print the physical layer of that program — and the gift cards that sit next to the register.

  • Punch cards with a writable or stamp-friendly zone
  • Points and tier cards with serialized member numbers
  • Gift cards with scratch-off PINs for POS activation
  • QR table cards that open the menu or the review page

04 · Wellness

Spas, salons & wellness studios

In a wellness business the card is part of the experience. It is handed over at a front desk that smells like eucalyptus, and it should not feel like a coupon. Soft-touch stock, muted colour and clean typography do most of that work.

  • Membership cards in soft-touch or matte finishes
  • Package and session cards with a written balance area
  • Gift cards with carriers for retail display
  • Treatment-room and locker access cards

05 · Retail

Retail, grocery & multi-location brands

Stored-value and loyalty programs fail on reconciliation, not on design. If the number on the card does not match the number in your activation file, someone is going to be standing at a register explaining it to a customer. We treat the data file as the deliverable.

  • Gift cards with sequential or randomized serials
  • Loyalty and points cards for multi-location programs
  • Pegboard carriers and retail-ready packaging
  • Promotional inserts and seasonal card variants

06 · Events

Events, conferences & venues

Registration desks do not have time to sort. We merge your attendee list into a variable-data run, print a unique QR or barcode per badge, and box everything by ticket type or surname so the queue moves in one direction.

  • Attendee, exhibitor, press and crew badge variants
  • Unique QR or barcode per attendee for scanning
  • Parking permits and venue access passes
  • Sorted, banded and boxed for fast distribution

Tell us your industry and we will tell you what usually goes wrong

Fifteen years of card programs means we have seen most of the failure modes. A short email describing your setup is usually enough for a useful answer, even before you buy anything.
