Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how BANKBEE incorporated (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) produces, packs, and ships custom plastic card orders placed through www.yoloidscards.com (the “Site”). It covers our service area, production lead times, carriers, transit times, tracking, customs for Canada, and what happens when a shipment is lost, damaged, or split.

Lead times in this policy are business days and assume an approved proof and cleared deposit or full payment. Production and transit are separate stages, and quoted delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm a date in writing. This policy was last updated on October 30, 2026.

2. Where we ship

We ship to business and residential addresses in the 50 United States and to addresses in Canada. The United States is our primary market. Canadian orders ship from our production facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and cross an international border.

We do not ship to post office boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or freight forwarders unless we agree in writing, and we ship outside the United States and Canada only by separate arrangement.

3. Production lead time

Production begins only after you approve the digital proof and your deposit or full payment clears. Standard production is 5 to 7 business days from proof approval. Orders that need numbering, barcodes, magnetic stripe or RFID encoding, or matched gift and loyalty sets commonly need 2 to 3 additional business days, and we state the expected schedule with the proof.

Transit time is added to production time and is not part of the production estimate. Rush production is available on many items when capacity allows; it must be confirmed in writing with a rush fee, and it does not shorten carrier transit or guarantee a delivery date.

4. Shipping methods and carriers

We ship through UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Standard orders move by ground or priority service. Expedited services, such as UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 2Day, and USPS Priority Mail Express, are available on request and billed at the rate quoted for the order.

Unless you specify a carrier and service in writing, we choose the method that fits the order size and destination. Some services require a street address, a receiving dock, or an adult signature, and large orders may travel as multiple cartons.

5. Typical method and transit by order size

The table below shows the methods we normally use and the transit time after production. Actual transit depends on destination, weather, carrier volume, and the service selected.

Order size	Typical method	Typical transit
Up to 2,500 cards	USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground	1 to 4 business days
2,501 to 25,000 cards	UPS Ground or FedEx Ground	2 to 5 business days
25,001 to 100,000 cards	FedEx Ground, multiple cartons	3 to 6 business days
Over 100,000 cards	Freight or ground, quoted per order	3 to 7 business days
Rush orders	Next Day Air or 2Day Air	1 to 2 business days
Canada	UPS Standard or FedEx Ground	3 to 8 business days plus customs

6. Tracking information

We email tracking numbers to the contact address on the order when labels are created, usually the day the order leaves our facility. Carrier scans can take up to 24 hours to appear. Orders shipped in several cartons receive several tracking numbers, and the cartons may arrive on different days.

Tell us if a package shows no movement for more than 3 business days and we will open a trace with the carrier. If you need a signature at delivery, ask in writing before the order ships, because some services add a fee.

7. Shipping to multiple addresses

We can ship one order to several locations, such as properties in a hotel group or branches of a gym chain. Each destination is billed as a separate shipment with its own charge and tracking number. Send the distribution list, with exact addresses, quantities, and receiving contacts, before production starts; changes after production may require a new order.

8. Address accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address, suite or floor, receiving hours, dock access, and telephone number on the order. We ship to the address shown on the confirmed order. Address corrections, rerouting, and reshipment after a return are billed at the carrier rate plus any additional handling.

9. Duties, taxes, and customs for Canada

Canadian orders may be subject to goods and services tax, harmonized sales tax, provincial sales tax, duties, brokerage, and customs clearance charges. These amounts are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless the quote states otherwise. Carriers generally collect them at delivery.

We provide a commercial invoice and country of origin information with each cross-border shipment. If the consignee refuses to pay duties or taxes, the carrier may return or abandon the shipment, and the product and shipping charges remain due without refund.

10. Lost or damaged shipments

Inspect each carton at delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier receipt or delivery device, photograph the carton and its contents, and keep all packaging. Report a lost or damaged shipment within 10 business days of the delivery date, or of the date tracking shows the package should have arrived.

We open the carrier claim and, once the loss or damage is confirmed, reprint or reship the affected quantity at no charge for product and standard freight. Risk of loss passes when the shipment is delivered to the carrier, as our Terms of Service describe, but we manage the claim so that you receive the cards you ordered.

11. Split shipments and backorders

If part of an order is delayed, for example because a specialty card stock or chip is on backorder, we may ship the available quantity first and the balance when it is ready. We tell you before splitting an order and do not charge extra freight for the second shipment under standard service. If a backorder will exceed 15 business days, you may cancel that portion and receive a refund.

12. Rush orders and will-call pickup

Rush production is quoted per order and must be confirmed in writing with the rush fee. Rush service shortens production time; it does not guarantee carrier transit or include weekend or holiday service unless we confirm that in writing.

Local customers may collect completed orders at 2814 N SHERMAN BLVD, MILWAUKEE, WI 53210 by appointment during business hours. Will-call pickup removes the shipping charge but not the production or rush charge. Bring photo identification and the order number, allow one business day after our ready notice, and inspect the cartons before signing.
