1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for the content and programs we will print, encode, and personalize on plastic cards. It applies to every quote request, order, file, and data set submitted to BANKBEE incorporated (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) through www.yoloidscards.com (the “Site”) or by email. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and by ordering you agree to it.
We make cards for hotels, gyms, restaurants, spas, retailers, schools, clinics, and event organizers, and we print everything from hotel key cards and RFID access badges to membership, loyalty, gift, and QR code business cards. We expect customers to use those cards for the lawful purposes of their own organizations. We do not print documents that imitate government-issued identification or payment instruments, and we do not produce cards for programs we cannot verify.
2. Prohibited content and designs
We will not print, encode, or personalize cards with content that:
- Imitates, reproduces, or alters a government-issued identification document, including a driver license, state identification card, passport, visa, military identification, immigration document, or Social Security card.
- Imitates, reproduces, or alters a check, money order, bank card, credit card, debit card, or the marks of a payment network or card issuer.
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or promotes violence, illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking, or fraud.
- Contains hateful or harassing material, or discriminates against a protected group.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other rights, including counterfeit or look-alike versions of branded cards.
- Includes a photograph, name, or other personal data of an individual without a lawful basis to use it.
- Contains a QR code, link, or contactless destination that leads to malware, a phishing page, or a deceptive offer.
3. Prohibited uses and programs
Some designs look lawful on their face but are unlawful in context, so we also refuse orders intended to:
- Impersonate a government agency, financial institution, payment network, hotel, employer, or other business.
- Create fake payment or stored-value instruments, or test fraudulent transactions.
- Obtain unauthorized access to a building, guest room, vehicle, locker, transit system, parking facility, event, or network.
- Evade identity verification, age verification, or licensing requirements.
- Pass off a card as an official credential of an organization you do not represent or work for.
Cards that carry access credentials, including hotel key cards, RFID access badges, and event wristbands, must be ordered by, or with the written authorization of, the property, operator, or organization that controls the access system.
4. Customer responsibilities and rights to artwork
You must own or control every element of the artwork and data you submit, including logos, photographs, typefaces, and illustrations. You must have a lawful basis for any personal data you ask us to print, such as member names, photographs, account numbers, or identification numbers, and you must hold any consent required by applicable privacy law.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of your program and for complying with the rules of any card network, brand, or property you work with. If a program is licensed to you, keep that license current and tell us if it ends. We rely on your representations and do not independently audit your program or your customer relationships.
5. Verification we may request
For access-control and RFID programs, gift-card and loyalty programs, and any card that resembles an official credential, we may ask for one or more of the following:
- A signed authorization letter on the letterhead of the property, operator, or brand.
- A business license, tax registration, or evidence of the program relationship.
- A sample of the current card, or a photograph of it in use at the property.
- Confirmation from a company email domain, purchase order, or equivalent business record.
- Written confirmation that a gift or stored-value program is closed-loop and is not intended to work as a general-purpose payment card.
We may hold an order until verification is complete, and we may decline the order if we are not satisfied with the documentation.
6. Our right to refuse, suspend, or cancel orders
We may refuse any order before production, and we may suspend or cancel an order at any time, if we believe in our reasonable judgment that the content or program is unlawful, deceptive, unauthorized, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy. We may also report apparent violations to law enforcement or to the rights holder.
If we cancel an order under this policy, we refund amounts paid for unproduced product but may retain amounts for work already performed, including prepress, proofing, and materials ordered. We are not liable for lost event dates, promotional schedules, or other consequential losses arising from a refusal or cancellation.
7. Enforcement and reporting
Report suspected misuse of our Products to [email protected]. Include the order or invoice number if you have it, and any other details that help us identify the job. We review reports promptly, may pause a shipment while we investigate, and cooperate with law enforcement and rights holders. Customers who breach this policy may be refused future orders and may have active orders canceled.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to address new products, legal requirements, or abuse patterns. The current version is posted on the Site, and the version in effect when we confirm your order applies to that order. This policy was last updated on October 30, 2026.
