1. Overview
This Refund and Return Policy explains how cancellations, claims, and returns work for custom plastic card orders placed with BANKBEE incorporated (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) through www.yoloidscards.com (the “Site”). Because each order is manufactured to your specification, this policy works differently from a retail return policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Shipping and Delivery Policy.
In short: once you approve the digital proof, the sale is final, because the cards carry your name, numbering, and data and cannot be resold. We still stand behind our work. If cards arrive damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, we will reprint or replace the affected quantity.
This policy was last updated on October 30, 2026.
2. Custom products are made to order
Every order is produced after a proof is approved and is personalized to your program. Our product line includes hotel key cards with magnetic stripe or RFID, gym and membership cards, QR code business cards, loyalty and points cards, gift cards, RFID and access-control cards, event badges, and blank stock cards. Cards may carry your logo, member numbering, barcodes, magnetic stripe data, or RFID encoding that has no value to any other customer.
For that reason, we do not accept returns of correctly produced custom cards, and we do not refund orders for a change of mind, a change in program requirements, duplication or over-ordering, a rebrand, or artwork the customer no longer wants. Stock cards that have not been printed or encoded may be returnable at our discretion if they are unused and in original packaging.
3. The digital proof and what approval means
Before production, we send a free digital proof showing the layout, trim size, colors, card thickness, finish, and placement of variable data. We do not begin production until you approve that proof in writing. Approval means that you have reviewed and accepted the proof as the specification for the job.
By approving a proof, you confirm that:
- Spelling, names, numbering, branding, and any required legal text are correct and complete.
- The card construction, thickness, finish, and encoding method are what your program needs.
- You understand that screen colors, including logos and gradients, will differ slightly from printed colors.
- Any encoding data or specifications you supplied are accurate and compatible with your own systems.
An approval sent by email from the contact address on the order is sufficient. Once approved, the order is released to production and is non-cancelable except as described below.
4. Claims for defects, damage, or non-conformance
If an order arrives damaged, contains defective cards, or does not conform to the approved proof, notify us within 10 business days of delivery. Claims should include:
- Clear photographs of the affected cards and of the packaging they arrived in.
- The order or invoice number and the delivery date.
- The quantity affected and a short description of the defect.
- A description of how the cards differ from the approved proof.
Please keep the shipment, packaging, and a sample of the affected cards until the claim is resolved. We may ask you to return a small sample at our expense so that we can inspect it against our production records. Claims received after the 10 business day window may be declined, because materials and production records may no longer allow us to verify the issue.
5. Our remedy: reprint or replacement
If we confirm that a defect, damage, or non-conformance was caused by us, we will reprint the affected quantity or replace it, at our option, at no charge for product and standard shipping. A reprint is normally limited to the affected quantity unless the defect affects the entire run, in which case we may reprint the full order.
A reprint or replacement is the sole remedy available under this policy. We do not issue cash refunds where a reprint or replacement will correct the problem, and we do not reimburse third-party costs such as encoding services, event staffing, or lost promotional value. If a reprint is not practicable, for example where a material is discontinued, we may issue a credit or refund for the affected cards.
6. Errors in customer-supplied artwork or data
We print and encode from the files, artwork, and data you supply. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the artwork you approved, including misspellings, low resolution images, incorrect color values, wrong variable data, invalid encoding, or data that does not match the records in your own system.
Corrections requested after approval require a new order and new charges, including any setup, prepress, or reprint cost. We review supplied files for basic print readiness, such as bleed and resolution, but that review is not a guarantee of accuracy or a legal review of your content.
7. Refused and undelivered shipments
If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missing receiving instructions, or an unavailable recipient, the original shipping charge remains due, and we may bill the cost of the return and of any reshipment. If the refusal or failed delivery resulted from our error, we will cover those costs and reprint or reship the order at our expense.
8. Cancellations
Before proof approval. You may cancel in writing at any time before you approve the proof. Any deposit you have paid is refunded in full, less payment processing fees that we cannot recover.
After proof approval. Once production begins, the order is in process and cannot be canceled as a matter of right. You may still request cancellation in writing. If production has not started, we may cancel and refund the deposit less work already performed, such as prepress, special materials ordered, or encoding setup. If production has started, the order is non-cancelable, the balance remains due, and we will ship the completed cards.
9. Charges we do not refund
- Custom product that was correctly produced to the approved proof.
- Setup, prepress, plate, or encoding fees once the work has started.
- Shipping charges for orders that were delivered as addressed.
- Duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs charges assessed by authorities.
- Third-party personalization, fulfillment, or encoding services already performed.
- Return shipping for correctly produced product.
10. How to start a claim
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Order claim,” and include the order number, delivery date, a description of the problem, and the photographs requested above. We acknowledge claims within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days of receiving complete information.
Do not return product without a return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may be refused or held without credit. Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under Wisconsin law that cannot be waived by agreement.
