1. Overview
BANKBEE incorporated (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) operates www.yoloidscards.com (the “Site”) and provides custom plastic card printing and card personalization (the “Products” and “Services”) to business customers in the United States and Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use, share, and retain it, and the rights you have over it.
The Site is a quote and ordering channel for businesses, not a consumer retail store. It has no user accounts, no login, and no shopping cart, and we do not collect payment card details through the Site. We collect only what we need to answer a quote request, prepare a digital proof, produce and ship an approved order, invoice the customer, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We are the controller of that information.
2. Information you provide to us
You provide information when you submit the quote request form or place an order. The form collects your name, company name, business email address, telephone number, product interest, estimated quantity, and message. If you order, we may also receive shipping and billing addresses, purchase order numbers, tax exemption certificates, artwork and data files, magnetic stripe or RFID encoding specifications, and proof approvals.
Please do not send government identification numbers, health information, or payment card numbers through the form or by ordinary email. If a project needs personalization data, such as member names for loyalty cards, we agree on a secure transfer method before production begins.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server log data when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. Form submissions also carry limited metadata, such as submission time, IP address, and browser type. We use this data to keep the Site available, diagnose errors, filter spam, and detect abusive traffic.
4. How we use information
We use personal information for legitimate business purposes connected to the Products and Services you ask about, including responding to quote requests, preparing and revising proofs, producing and shipping orders, invoicing and maintaining tax records, providing support and handling claims, preventing fraud and misuse, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Site and our product line.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not use quote form data to build consumer marketing profiles.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep forms working and protect against cross-site request forgery. Analytics cookies, where enabled, collect aggregate page-visit data so that we can see which product pages are useful. We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising, and we do not sell cookie data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent the quote form from submitting.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for its purpose or as the law requires:
- Quote requests that do not become orders: 24 months from last contact.
- Order, proof, artwork, and production records: 24 months after delivery.
- Invoices, payment records, and tax filings: 7 years.
- Server and security logs: 90 days.
When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the information unless a legal hold, audit, or open dispute requires it to be kept longer.
7. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business: payment processors, shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, email and hosting providers, and accounting and legal advisors. We also disclose information where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect our rights. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop sending non-essential email. Email [email protected] with enough detail to identify your records. We verify identity before acting, respond within 45 days, and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
9. Notice to California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you additional rights. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, IP address), commercial information (products requested, quantities, order history), and professional information (company name). We collect these from you and from your use of the Site, for the purposes described above, and disclose them to the service providers listed above.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may ask to know, delete, or correct your information, and you may use an authorized agent. Send requests to [email protected].
10. Notice to Canadian residents
If you are in Canada, we handle personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent, which may be express or implied by your request for a quote. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions, and you may request access to your information or ask us to correct it. If our response does not satisfy you, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
11. Children’s privacy
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted connections to the Site, access controls, restricted personnel access, and retention limits. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
13. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you contact us from Canada, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. We require our service providers to maintain appropriate safeguards. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you consent to this transfer.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The current version is always posted on the Site with the date of revision. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Site or contact active customers directly. This policy was last updated on October 30, 2026.
